Fundamental and Technical Analysis

Fundamental Analysis – the way of looking at the market through political , social and economic forces that affect tsupplu and demand. If the country economy is better the more trust other countries have on that currency and that will in turns have higher currency value. As the economy gets better , the interest rates get higher to control inflation and as a result the value of the currency continue to increase.Basically Fundamental Analysis is the analysis of which economy is doing well and which is not.

Technical Analysis – is also the Charting analysis, the study of price movement.By studying the price movement from the chart, one can identify trends and paterns which can help to find good trading opportunities.Very profitable trading opportunities can be achieved with proper Technical Analysis which allows you to identify the trend in its earliest stages. Please be reminded again that both analysis are equally important, you can’t ignore any of them.
